About the Role

As a Junior Business Developer at Welcome to the Jungle, you will drive future growth by building relationships with prospects and turning them into extremely satisfied users. You will be in charge of developing the Welcome to the Jungle products ecosystem with companies, especially company showcases including content production, unlimited job offer publication, and access to our SaaS product Welcome Solution.

Reporting

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, New Business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Welcome to the Jungle product ecosystem with SMB companies (15-1,000 employees) in France
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to identify, engage, convince, and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Drive new business mainly by prospecting and developing creative prospecting strategies
  • Own every step of the sales opportunity life cycle: identify new opportunities, determine the client's needs, demonstrate Welcome to the Jungle's benefits, and guide the client through the purchasing steps to close the sale
  • Conduct live product demonstrations over video call, and face to face, with inbound and outbound prospects, including HR & media agencies
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota level
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process

Qualifications

  • Multiple Account Executives openings; 1 to 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS B2B environment
  • Handled full cycle sales and have a proven track record in closing deals
  • Goal-oriented with a hunter mindset—proactively targets and meets objectives
  • Resilient and masters the sales cycle in a fast-moving company
  • Optimistic, organized, and enjoys working with a team
  • Fluent in French and English

Compensation

70% fixed salary and 30% variable, based on seniority and performance.

Interview Process

  3. Interview with Nicolas, VP Sales
  4. Interview with a Stakeholder
