TCS France has delivered double-digit growth for over 5 years supporting customers in digital transformation, Data and cloud journeys.


We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth in the Aerospace & Defense sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing and closing high-value deals and will play a pivotal role in expending our footprint across strategic accounts. This role demands a strong commercial acumen, deep industry insight, and the ability to lead complex pre-sales engagements in collaboration with cross functional teams.


Mission

Your mission will be to

  • develop a customer portfolio to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Build & maintain senior-level client relationships within Aerospace & Defense industry
  • Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Lead commercial aspects of large-scale pre-sales engagements
  • Develop tailored value propositions aligned with client needs
  • Drive account penetration strategies & open new verticals
  • Monitor commercial performance and ensure revenue growth targets are met


Candidate profile

  • 10-15 years of business development experience in an IT services company (ESN)
  • Proven track record in Aerospace & Defense sector
  • Strong understanding of complex, long-cycle sales process
  • Experience managing deals >50M
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and client facing skills
  • Appreciated experience in the sale of offshore solutions/ services
  • Fluent English and French
