Business & Data Analyst - Customer Care (H/F)

Rapid, intuitive, and automated, our SaaS collaborative platform enables shippers (importers or exporters) to prepare, execute, and monitor their transport operations; collaborate with partners; gain visibility on flows and documents; and collect & analyse data to continuously improve their supply chain.

Position Overview

Business & Data Analyst, Customer Care – 6‑month internship. Stage conventionné, 700 euros per month, Marseille‑based with hybrid telework.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually update the FAQ to keep it current and responsive to upcoming releases.
• Propose improvements, rebuild the FAQ, and provide a critical UX perspective.
• Explore AI solutions (particularly large‑language models) to automate FAQ updates.
• Follow AI developments relevant to Customer Support and propose projects.
• Support the deployment of a new ticketing tool: setup, analytics, reporting, SLAs, macros, user & org management.
• Create and update the Handbook, a digital onboarding document for users.
• Develop video and training materials for internal digital onboarding of newcomers.
• Analyze raw data (data crunching) to generate insights and support decision‑making.

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong communication skills across different audiences.
• Detail‑oriented and flexible in reporting and processes.
• Analytical mindset capable of deriving insights from raw data.
• Experience in logistics sector is a plus.
• Interest in AI (LLMs) and transformation potential is a plus.
