Purpose Of The Job
The role of a Squeeze / Business Controller is to analyse the sales and purchasing activities of the Business Group Clean Mobility, ensuring their reliability, consistency and transparency. The controller is responsible for budgeting, month‑end closing, rolling forecasts and the Strategic Plan. The controller manages reporting, consolidates data at the division level, and collaborates with regional Squeeze controllers to maintain data consistency.
Main Responsibilities And Results
- Ensure that sales & purchasing variances are consistent with FORVIA policies and regularly updated in the systems.
- Ensure reliability of sales & purchasing reporting.
- Manage data consolidation at division level and coordinate with Squeeze controllers from all regions.
- Identify and analyse variances between budgeted, forecasted and actual results.
- Implement action plans and track them to close variances.
- Track raw material impacts and pass-through to customers.
- Partner with CBU leaders on price‑economical evolution.
- Analyse price inconsistencies and reduce risk of overdue accounts.
- Maintain profitability dashboard by customer & programme.
- Support and ensure compliance with ICB process.
- Support regional Squeeze Controller on other projects and activities as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
- Master’s degree with a Finance focus or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of professional experience.
- Strong curiosity for new knowledge.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of IT systems.
- Team‑management capacity and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Open‑minded and business‑oriented mindset.
- Results orientation with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Experience in an international company.
Salary Range: EUR 65,000 to 85,000
