Job Overview

We're looking for a Business applications Manager to join our PMO & Applications team, based in Brussels or Paris.

You’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of a diverse portfolio of around 70 SaaS applications spanning 12 business domains. While the scope is broad, your role is deeply hands‑on: you’ll be the primary owner for 4–5 critical applications, fully accountable for their lifecycle, configuration, governance, vendors, and roadmap, while acting as co‑owner or trusted advisor for the rest of the portfolio.

This is a strategic but operationally grounded role. You’ll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify the right tools, guide sourcing and consolidation decisions, and ensure applications are well‑governed, cost‑efficient, and aligned with future needs. From licence management and rationalisation to hands‑on platform administration, you’ll actively shape a coherent and sustainable application landscape.

What you'll be doing

Application Sourcing, Implementation & Migration

• Assist business teams in identifying and evaluating solutions aligned with their needs and Efficy's strategy (gap analysis, POC, ROI)
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and security during vendor selection
• Lead implementation and migration projects from kickoff to go-live, directly or with partners
• Define the operating model for run/maintenance after go-live

Application Administration & Evolution

• Administer applications in your scope, directly or through partners: Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Odoo (Finance, Projects), CX tools (Intercom, Pendo)
• Configure, maintain, and continuously improve applications in line with business needs
• Maintain user documentation and enable internal teams
• Provide L2/L3 support and coordinate with vendors/partners on complex topics

Application Analysis & Optimisation

• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of applications in your scope (metadata, integrations, dependencies)
• Track license consumption and budget adherence through dashboards and control routines
• Identify overlaps, redundancies, or improvement opportunities and propose consolidation
• Contribute to Application Governance Committees with usage data and recommendations

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in business application management, IT, or enterprise applications administration
• Hands‑on experience with SaaS/cloud applications in a Customer Management context (CRM, CSM, Marketing, Product Management)
• Working knowledge of at least one of: Jira, Odoo, Intercom, Pendo
• AI enthusiast – comfortable using AI tools to accelerate analysis, configuration, and documentation
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into application configurations
• Hands‑on, customer‑service‑ and result‑oriented
• Fluent in French and English (technical‑to‑business translation)
