The role
As a XStore & SIOCS Functional & Application Consultant (all genders) , you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring +5 years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.
You support clients in the implementation, adaptation, and deployment of Oracle Retail Xstore, SIOCS, and front-office solutions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and business needs.

- Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)
Role Responsibilities
Perform functional analysis and design for XStore and SIOCS. Adapt solutions to meet local legal and operational requirements. Configure, test, and support go-live and post-go-live phases. Deliver user training and manage change adoption. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure integration with other systems (ERP, OMS, CRM, etc.).
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years in Retail consulting or POS/Store Operations integration.
- Expertise with XStore POS, XStore Office, SIOCS, ORCE, Order Broker, EFTLink.
- Strong knowledge of front-office (sales, payments, loyalty) and back-office retail processes (stock, inventory, transfers).
- Experience in customization and multi-system integration.
- Proven track record in multi-country, multi-brand projects.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Fluent level of English and French.
