Responsibilities
- Understanding business needs: Conduct in-depth analyses of clients' business needs and objectives by organizing interviews and collaborating closely with operational teams.
- Process analysis: Review existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to optimize operational efficiency.
- Writing functional specifications: Develop clear, detailed functional specifications that describe system requirements and serve as a guide for development teams.
- Stakeholder coordination: Work closely with end users, development teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and proposed solutions.
- Project monitoring: Provide ongoing project monitoring, identifying potential obstacles and proposing solutions to keep progress on track with established deadlines.
Requirements
- Degree in business, management, computer science, human resources, or a related field.
- Operational English level (B2) or higher.
- Minimum 3 years' experience on digital transformation projects: solutions, ERP, business projects, with an interest in or specialization in HR (HRIS, digitalization of HR processes, talent management, etc.).
- Knowledge of solutions such as SAP S/4HANA or Workday is a strong asset.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
