Business Analyst Technique - Web / Design System New AI skills Courbevoie , France Mobile Tech People Claude Code Copilot Claude

As part of the digital transformation of an international group, the company is seeking a Business Analyst technique confirmé to work on the redesign of the Design System for a B2B web platform. The project aims to improve user experience, simplify journeys, harmonize interfaces and accelerate the integration of new features. The role will act as an interface between Product Owners and technical teams. Location is Courbevoie, on-site three days per week; immediate start; long mission with initial three-month renewable periods up to three years.

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze requirements expressed by Product Owners
• Participate in defining the system architecture
• Contribute to the roadmap and monitor planning
• Write functional specifications and contribute to detailed specifications
• Organize and follow acceptance testing of the different versions
• Participate in level 2 user support
• Use AI tools to facilitate scoping of requirements, generation of specifications and tests, and user support

What they're looking for

• 4 to 7 years of experience
• Genuine dual culture in Business Analysis and technical
• Experience in J2EE development and SQL
• Technically comfortable to work effectively with development teams and participate in architecture discussions
• Mastery of requirements formalization, writing functional specifications, UML and organizing testing phases
• Experience on a Design System, a Web platform or user experience issues will be particularly appreciated
• Comfortable using Jira, Confluence and Git
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GTM or Contentsquare and with AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code are sought-after skills
