Requirements

• Good understanding of processes and business issues
• Ability to simplify complex subjects
• Rigor, autonomy, and good collaborative spirit
• Good relational skills and a sense of service
• Professional level in English
• CSA, CIS, SCRUM/SAFe certifications a plus
• Engineering school graduate or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in functional analysis on ServiceNow projects
