Business Analyst/Project Manager - Securitisation & RWA Optimisation

We are Recruiting for a Global Bank on a strategic transformation programme focused on Synthetic Securitisation, Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) and RWA optimisation across multiple European entities.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with a strong background in Capital Markets, Structured Finance or Securitisation to support the design and implementation of a new target operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and improve securitisation and SRT lifecycle processes.
• Define target operating models (TOM), RACI matrices, business requirements and functional specifications.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Operations, IT and Front Office teams.
• Support implementation planning, governance, risk tracking and Steering Committee deliverables.

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Project Manager within Corporate & Investment Banking.
• Experience in Securitisation, SRT, Structured Finance, Credit Risk or RWA optimisation.
• Strong expertise in TOM transformation, process mapping, gap analysis and business requirements gathering.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as CRR/CRD, EBA or ECB guidelines is advantageous.
• Experience within complex, multi-entity transformation programmes is highly desirable.
