Business Analyst, Odoo

Responsibilities

• You are the owner of the functional solution, from the first business workshop through to user adoption.
• You translate complex, sometimes ambiguous requirements into a clear, structured Odoo solution.
• You write the specifications and User Stories that will serve as the reference for the development team.
• You prioritize and arbitrate the backlog according to the client's true business priorities.
• You configure the solution and can lead testing phases.
• You coordinate technical and business teams and stay on course until production deployment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or ERP consulting, ideally with Odoo.
• You manage ERP projects end-to-end and can make trade-offs between standard and custom solutions.
• You build trust with both business stakeholders and developers.
• You simplify technical concepts and support change with a pedagogical approach.
• English is second nature to you (mandatory on our projects).
