Your Mission

On the Castres campus we are looking for a Business Analyst Expert (CDD) to join the commercial team of the Naturactive‑Ladrôme brands. Your role will be to model data analysis, structure and analyze internal and external data, and support strategic decisions through data‑driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Ladrôme and Naturactive databases – daily updates, data stability and performance reporting.
• Support business partners with available BI tools, follow BI projects (evolution, fixes, rule updates).
• Participate in the SI evolution projects for the two brands.
• Monitor data quality.
• Model and implement the strategy – cross‑link financial, commercial, marketing, environmental and organizational factors.
• Identify and analyze key levers, propose and project scenarios with justified arguments to aid decision making.
• Qualify, segment, and target channels and points of sale; define segments based on quantitative and qualitative criteria.
• Develop KPIs that foster synergy between field teams (DP, VM, FDO, KAM, etc.).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business or Engineering, ideally with a specialization in Enterprise Finance.
• Previous experience in a similar role (Cost Control, Business Analysis, Sales Forecasting, Pricing).
• Strong analytical and synthesizing skills.
• High level of rigor, proactivity and strong problem‑solving initiative.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Python, Altérix.
• Excellent command of Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English at oral and written level.
