Business Analyst – KELIA Solution Tester

Context Profile: Business Analyst – 3 to 10 years of experience. As part of the Platformization program and to address the challenges of back-office management of individual savings and retirement products, the client adopted the Kelia solution from KAPIA RGI. To enable the integration of the software package into the ALM information system and to customize the various Kelia modules, several projects were launched:

• Platform implementation program for intermediated and direct distribution; Migration of legacy 8X portfolios to the target management systems; Marketing of a new PERi product for the internal network; Marketing of a new savings product for the internal network.

MISSIONS The consultant will be positioned and attached to the Kelia Core team with a Business Analyst/Tester role. The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and formalizing business needs to ensure that functional solutions meet user expectations. They act as an interface between business stakeholders and testing teams, translating needs into clear functional requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements and existing processes; Write and maintain User Stories and business rules; Support the Product Owner and Proxy Product Owner in dividing, prioritizing, and refining the backlog; Contribute to defining test scenarios, monitoring tests, and providing functional support to development and testing teams; Identify business impacts and propose process optimizations; Ensure the monitoring of delivered features and contribute to continuous product improvement; Execute tests. The Business Analyst works in an Agile environment and actively participates in team ceremonies to guarantee the quality, functional consistency, and value creation of the implemented solutions.

• Have excellent listening skills; Be able to provide a critical perspective; Demonstrate initiative; Communicate effectively in writing and orally with their team, the train, management, business stakeholders, the project owner and projects; Be able to collaborate with other IT departments in a distributed architecture context.
