Business Analyst – Informatica Power Center to python

Context – 6 to 9 years experience: As part of harmonizing our programming languages and application architectures, we have launched a migration program from our Informatica Power

Center ETL tools to Python for several applications within our application portfolio. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work on the two applications: White Pages Directory and Organizational Chart. These two applications are closely linked and share a similar functional and technical approach, as both expose data entirely from the group's Identity and Organization repositories on the group's intranet. The organizational chart migration has already been specified and development has begun; for the Directory, all work is yet to start.

RESPONSIBILITIES: – Take over the Business Analyst (BA) role on the organizational chart. The previous person in this role has an increasing workload, preventing them from managing both projects simultaneously. This role will involve preparing and performing regression tests on the organizational chart's data feed processes, and then supporting the change management process for the production rollout. – Analyze the existing system and specify the new data integration processes for the White Pages Directory to accommodate this technological migration, simplify processes, and integrate new requirements. – Prepare and perform regression tests on the directory's data feed processes, and then support the change management process for the production rollout.

Specific Expertise: This mission requires : – a higher education degree in information systems; – significant experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an Agile project environment, with knowledge of the BDD (Behavior Driven Development) approach; – significant experience in the implementation (design and testing) of data transformation and data loading processes; – strong data and document structuring skills, rigor, and autonomy; – a strong aptitude for teamwork; – clear and concise communication skills in both French and English, which will be essential for the successful completion of the mission; – excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and a customer-centric approach; – proficiency in Office 365 tools, as well as Jira and Confluence, will be essential.
