Business Analyst - Gestion Documentaire Pharma

This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a strategic EDMS transformation program within a global Quality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of document data across a complex and fragmented landscape of heterogeneous systems (EDMS platforms, SharePoint, and local repositories).
• Assess data quality, consistency, and completeness, focusing on metadata standardization and reliability.
• Build a consolidated view of document inventories across systems to address the current lack of visibility.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and duplication to support remediation and harmonization efforts.
• Deliver structured insights to define the data migration scope, prioritization, and associated cost estimation.
• Support the design of the data migration strategy within the Advanced EDMS transformation program.
• Ensure alignment with GxP / GMP regulatory requirements and document management compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Global Quality stakeholders to align data analysis outputs with the broader digital transformation and EDMS consolidation objectives.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience working with EDMS, document management systems, or data migration projects; strong background in handling complex data environments with multiple heterogeneous systems; experience in regulated environments (GxP / GMP) and understanding of quality and compliance requirements; previous involvement in digital transformation or system consolidation programs is highly desirable.
• Competencies: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data quality, structure, and consistency across multiple sources; experience in data mapping, data profiling, and metadata analysis.
• Language: Fluency in French & English, both written and spoken.
