Overview

Hawksworth are recruiting now for a Business Analyst (Business Change) for a 6 months initial contract, based in France (Wasquehal) on a hybrid basis. 2 days a week on site, x3 days working remotely a week. We can offer a rate of up to €500 per day.

The successful Business Analyst will perform detailed due diligence, analyse data and document business requirements to enable change for the client’s French region. It is essential for this contract that you are bilingual in French (native) and English. We would also ideally like to see Insurance and Broking industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed due diligence to illicit requirements for driving change within business
• Analyse data to provide insights that guide implementation of projects and decision-making
• Gather and document detailed business requirements to support automation and technology implementations.
• Create clear and organized documents such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and process maps.
• Work closely with project manager, business and technology leaders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Assist in testing and validating that solutions meet business needs.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.

Essential skills and experience required

• Lead Business analyst who has experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Proven Insurance industry background.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
• Fluency in both French (native) and English
