Mission Context: Our client is seeking a Business Analyst (AMOA) to support the implementation of a platform dedicated to managing litigation-related exchanges and to assist in the transformation of associated business processes. Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Litigation business process lead in monitoring and coordinating the work. Analyze the platform's impact on processes, organization, and business practices. Formalize target processes, operating methods, and procedures. Produce change management deliverables. Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and provide user support. Contribute to project management, impact analyses, recommendations, and decision-making support. Required Skills: Strong understanding of corporate business processes, particularly litigation. Experience in Business Analyst (AMOA). Proficiency in project management (V-model and/or Agile). Ability to model processes and write procedures. Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and change management skills. Analytical mind, rigor and ability to produce summaries and recommendations.
