Business Analyst, Finance

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to financial processes
• Write functional specifications and user stories
• Act as the liaison between business teams and development teams
• Participate in project scoping and management alongside the department project manager
• Support the functional acceptance testing phases
• Track defects and coordinate corrective actions (functional Level 3 support)

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management, Information Systems, or Engineering
• Minimum 3 years\' experience in an equivalent Business Analyst role
• Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into functional requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and autonomy
• Professional working proficiency in English required
