Scope

Engineering Data - DATA SPACE Project - Verification & Validation (V&V)

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Engineering (Upstream): collect, analyze, and formalize business needs from Work Package Leaders and Subject Matter Experts; draft and consolidate Business Requirements Documents (BRD) for current and future use cases; ensure consistency and traceability of functional requirements.
• Architecture Interface: serve as the main business interlocutor for Architecture teams; translate business needs into structured, actionable requirements; contribute to High-Level Design Documents (HLDD) and Architecture Requirements Definition (ARD).
• V&V Strategy (Validation): define a comprehensive business validation strategy; author Business Acceptance Test scenarios; prepare data sets for User Acceptance Testing; ensure alignment between technical deliverables and business expectations.
• Pilot & Shadow Mode Framing: establish testing protocols and success criteria for “Shadow Mode” pilots with external partners; monitor and report business success indicators; participate in Go/No-Go decisions in Q3/Q4.
• Impact & Gap Analysis: analyze gaps between legacy tools (VT3, FTS+, GDrive, etc.) and the target capabilities of DATA SPACE; support backlog prioritization and load ramp‑up strategy.
• Urgency: position to be filled urgently, with preferred start within one month and rapid availability highly appreciated.

Formation

• Degree: Bac+5 in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Management or equivalent.
• Preferred specializations: Business Analysis, Project Management, or Digital Transformation.
• English proficiency: professional level, written and oral.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or AMOA Consultant.
• Proven experience in collecting and formalizing business requirements.
• Experience on complex IT, Data or Engineering projects, preferably in industrial, aerospace, PLM, or Engineering Data environments.
• Experience with Agile and/or V‑cycle methodologies is desirable.
