Business Analyst – Cash Management & Payments

For a large financial organisation, we are looking for experienced Business Analysts to support a long-term transformation programme within cash management and payments.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document cash management and payment processes
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Support process improvements across payment flows and multi-currency environments
• Work closely with business, operations and IT stakeholders
• Support testing, UAT and implementation activities
• Analyse payment messages, interfaces and operational issues
• Contribute to workshops, documentation and stakeholder alignment

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services
• Good knowledge of cash management and payment processes
• Experience with SWIFT and preferably ISO 20022
• Experience in multi-currency and international banking environments
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand functional systems, interfaces and data flows
• Fluent French and English
• Experience with CRISTAL or similar French banking/payment platforms is a strong advantage
