Your Role: Business Analyst Apprentice

As a Business Analyst Apprentice, you’ll be at the core of our operations, working alongside experienced buyers on exciting and impacting projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the business in the effective use of procurement tools and processes, while continuously identifying opportunities to simplify, improve, and automate the way we work.
• Conduct spend analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships to build and maintain strong partnerships.
• Assess and mitigate supplier risks through vendor risk management.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of AI‑driven solutions across procurement, including agent prompting, automation, and buying‑management optimisation, improving user support, process efficiency, and decision‑making.

Who You Are

• Bachelor or Master 1 student in Business Analysis or Management.
• Passionate about innovation.
• Analytical and social, comfortable with Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of AI and agentic solutions.
• Interested in the web/tech industry.
• Thrives in an ever‑changing environment.
• Eager to work hard and play hard.
• Location: Paris Office (Hybrid: minimum 2 days/week in the office).
