Business Analyst, Accounting

• Define requirements and support business teams in articulating their functional needs
• Lead design workshops and document functional specifications
• Monitor the implementation of changes and projects within the scope
• Coordinate the various contributors and serve as the interface between Finance business teams and IT teams
• Analyze incidents and contribute to their resolution
• Provide support to Finance team users
• Contribute to keeping the applications within the scope operational
• Track incidents, requests, and corrective actions with the relevant teams
• Collaborate on the design of enhanced, integrated, agile, and secure information systems for Consort Group’s clients

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in financial or banking environments is preferred
• At least 1–2 years of experience with banking accounting information systems
• Experience contributing to information systems transformation projects
• Expertise in banking finance and accounting information systems
• Strong skills in business analysis and information systems transformation projects
• Proficiency in SQL, database analysis, and data flow analysis
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a methodical approach
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make recommendations
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to lead workshops involving business and technical stakeholders
