Job title- Lead Business Analyst (Calypso)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation (Functional Specs, User Stories).

Act as functional expert on Calypso (Back Office, messaging, workflow, settlements, accounting, BO positions).

Liaise with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and support teams to define and validate solutions.

Perform impact analysis, solution design, and customization within Calypso.

Identify pain points and propose high-level solutions.

Strengthen and validate functional testing strategies and QA practices.

Ensure timely delivery aligned with project scope, cost, and plan.

Mentor and train team members on product and functional aspects.

Contribute to product improvements and implementation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

9+ years as Business Analyst in Calypso.

Strong expertise in Back Office, SWIFT settlements, accounting, settlement instructions, workflows, and customization.

Solid knowledge of Capital Markets products: Securities, Corporate Actions, Money Market, FX, Listed & OTC Derivatives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on SQL; working knowledge of Unix and shell scripting preferred.

Experience in Agile environments.

Excellent communication, ownership mindset, and stakeholder management skills.
