Business Analyst

Main objectives
- Measure & Analyze: Monitor commercial and operational performance across all group brands and assets
- Actionable Insights: Empower diverse departments (Marketing, Sales, RCM, Ops, Fleet, etc.) to prioritize actions through data-driven recommendations
- Bridge the Gap: Act as a Central of Insights to transform raw data into high-impact visualizations and decision-making tools
Major areas of Accountability
1. Performance Analysis & Strategic Opportunities
- Analyze weekly/monthly performance to raise alerts and identify growth or optimization levers
- Conduct advanced ad-hoc analyses (Fleet utilization, Pricing, Capacity, Conversion, ROI) to support strategic decisions
2. Data Visualization & Dashboarding
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards within Qlik Cloud & Metabase
- Responsible for front-end logic, UI/UX, and data storytelling
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Multi-Department Support
- Strategic Business Partner: Act as the primary analytical contact for Marketing, Sales, RCM, Ops, and Fleet to optimize their specific levers (pricing, conversion, capacity, etc.).
- Operational Steering: Contribute to budget definitions and target tracking in coordination with operational leads to ensure data-driven financial alignment.
4. Data Culture Development
- Promote a "data-driven" culture across the organization by capitalizing whenever suitable on the Insights learnt through specific apps
- Foster a culture of autonomy by guiding non-technical users to interpret KPIs and leverage Qlik Cloud tools independently
5. Data Governance & Pipeline Optimization
- Data Reliability: Partner with Data Engineers to ensure the accuracy and consistency of business KPIs across all reporting layers (BigQuery, Qlik).
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in data collection and advocate for new tracking or data structure improvements to support evolving business needs
Required Profile
Education: Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or Business School
Previous experience: 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Consultant with a strong analytical background
Technical Competencies:
- Data Viz: Solid experience with Qlik Cloud apps fabrication (preferred), Tableau, or PowerBI
- Data Languages: Proficiency in SQL (Big Query environment) and Python is a significant advantage and very strongly encouraged
- Tools: Mastery of Google Sheets/Excel
- English: Fluent (international environment)
Soft Skills:
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a building-phase environment where you can be a force for proposal
- Communication: Ability to interact with diverse audiences, from operational field teams to senior management
- Business Acumen & statistical reasoning: Strong curiosity for the operational reality (Fleet, Sales, etc.) behind the numbers
