Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for AI, digital transformation, and technology-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand pain points, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or AI-driven enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications , bridging the gap between business teams, consultants, and developers to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Develop business process workflows and documentation , including use cases, user stories, process maps, and system requirements to guide development teams.
• Perform data analysis and generate insights , leveraging SQL, Excel, BI tools, or AI-driven analytics platforms to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends , assessing their relevance and potential impact on business operations, competitive positioning, and future growth.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs , tracking project progress, measuring business impact, and ensuring continuous optimization of implemented solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management , ensuring digital solutions adhere to industry standards, security protocols, and data governance best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience in business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering .
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SQL is a plus.
