Business Analyst

I’m currently hiring a Business Analyst / AMOA Consultant for a contract assignment supporting a Liquidation & Reversion project in Nantes.

• Work closely with the Project Manager and form a strong working pair on MCO
• Restructure and rework existing SFGs (General Functional Specifications)
• Analyse incidents, discharges and anomalies across MOA/MOE
• Propose and implement functional solutions
• Document workarounds and write SFGs for patches & evolutions
• Support acceptance preparation, execution and follow-up
• Coordinate with project owners, acceptance teams and business stakeholders
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
• 3+ years of Business Analyst / AMOA experience
• Proven experience working in complex IS environments
• Strong ability to analyse and understand business requirements
• Excellent SFG / functional specification writing skills
• Experience with HMI & flow design
• Experience defining testing strategies
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to identify issues, propose solutions and provide clear reporting

Ideal background: A Business Analyst / Data Analyst with strong functional experience, combined with SQL, Power BI / Microsoft Fabric and data analysis skills, who can bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
