Job Title: Business Analyst

Location : Paris, France

Overview

The Business Analysis & Product Ownership profile provides functional expertise to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and delivery priorities. The role focuses on stakeholder coordination, backlog management, process analysis, acceptance criteria and support to Agile or hybrid delivery teams in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and formalize business needs, functional requirements and user stories.
• Manage or support product backlog prioritization in coordination with stakeholders.
• Define acceptance criteria and support functional validation or UAT activities.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and clarification sessions with business and technical teams.
• Analyze existing processes and propose improvements aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, operations and project teams.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows and decision records.
• Support delivery follow-up, issue clarification and continuous improvement activities.

Mandatory skills

• Strong experience in business analysis, functional analysis or product ownership.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Good knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery and backlog management practices.
• Experience facilitating workshops and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to produce clear functional documentation and process analysis.
• Good understanding of IT delivery lifecycle and collaboration with technical teams.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent collaboration platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English.

• Ability to work autonomously with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and documentation skills.
• Capacity to clarify priorities and support decision-making in complex environments.
• Availability for hybrid work in Paris.
