Business Analyst – Asset & Hospitality Investment

A growing investment organisation is looking for a Business Analyst to support the management, development and value creation of a diversified portfolio of hospitality and real estate assets.

The role offers broad exposure across asset management, investment analysis, operational performance and strategic projects, working closely with senior decision-makers in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of hospitality and real estate assets
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational performance and overall asset value
• Support the development and implementation of value-creation strategies
• Monitor and challenge operators, partners and external service providers
• Track contracts, budgets and key performance indicators
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple projects and initiatives
• Support renovation, repositioning and development projects
• Contribute to acquisition and investment assessment processes
• Prepare regular financial and operational analysis and reporting
• Build business plans and support budget management
