Business Analyst

• Gather, analyze and challenge user requirements.
• Facilitate functional workshops with stakeholders from different teams.
• Write high-level and detailed functional specifications.
• Contribute to solution design in collaboration with technical teams.
• Support development teams throughout the project and ensure follow-up on evolutions.
• Define the testing strategy and write test plans.
• Execute functional tests and non-regression test campaigns (NRT).

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, project management or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, AMOA (project owner support) or Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, ideally Scrum.
• Comfortable with requirements elicitation, writing functional specifications and testing phases.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience liaising with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, rigor and strong synthesis skills.
