Business Analyst

Freelance · Key Personnel role on a major European IT framework contract and Tender · Strasbourg · Long term mission.

Mandatory :

• 3+ yrs Business analyst
• English: C1/C2. French and other EU languages are a plus.

What will you do :

• Analyse IT functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring the project team shares a clear understanding of every detail
• Collaborate with numerous stakeholders to capture their needs in the requirements specification
• Contribute to low-level design decisions and conduct business risk analysis
• Maintain the traceability matrix and define integration specifications with other systems
• Work hand in hand with Enterprise and Solution Architects to build models based on predefined requirements
• Support training for system administrators and end users

This role is for you if you have:

• Strong command of modelling and design tools (ARIS, Enterprise Architect, or equivalent) and extensive UML experience
• Solid knowledge of relational database systems
• Ability to apply architectural principles to functional solutions using model-based representations
• Comfortable contributing to testing, documentation, training, deployment and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to coach others on analysis techniques
• Full willingness to work in an international, multicultural environment
