Your mission

Functional Analysis

• Writing use cases and user stories
• Drafting general and detailed functional specifications (GFS/DFS)
• Business process modelling (BPMN)
• Defining acceptance criteria

Banking Expertise

• Knowledge of payment systems (SEPA, Swift, card payments)
• Familiarity with banking regulations (AML/KYC, GDPR, Basel III/IV)
• Understanding of banking information systems (core banking, middle-office)
• Data governance and data lifecycle management

Data & Technical Skills

• SQL queries and data analysis
• Sensitivity to AI and business process automation
• Data flow mapping and cartography

Project Methods & Tools

• Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence and Azure DevOps
• Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously

Testing & Deployment

• Leading functional testing campaigns (UAT)
• Writing test plans and managing defects
• Producing technical documentation and run-books

Change Management

• Change management and team support
• Facilitation of design and validation workshops
• Acting as the interface between business and IT teams

Valued AI-Specific Skills

• Understanding of key AI concepts: LLM, RAG, autonomous agents, prompt engineering
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive user experiences
