- Certification ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD (CIS-HRSD).
Roadmap Management: Define and prioritize the product backlog by aligning HR business needs with the standard capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
HRSD Expertise: Translate complex HR processes (case management, HR knowledge base, employee portal) into actionable user stories.
Onboarding Focus: Design seamless onboarding journeys involving multiple departments (IT, Logistics, Payroll) through ServiceNow task orchestration.
User Experience (UX): Ensure that the Employee Center is intuitive, mobile‑friendly, and meets employees' actual needs.
Change Management: Support HR teams in adopting the tool and lead demonstrations (sprint reviews).
QA & Acceptance Testing: Validate that developments comply with acceptance criteria and coordinate testing phases (UAT).
Desired Profile
Technical & Business Experience
Proven Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years as a Product Owner, with at least one full implementation of the HRSD module (LifeCycle Events, Case Management, Onboarding).
ServiceNow Culture: Excellent knowledge of “out‑of‑the‑box” features to minimize technical debt associated with custom developments.
HR Expertise: Strong understanding of privacy issues (GDPR) and talent management processes.
Soft Skills
Diplomacy & Negotiation: Ability to say “no” to a business request in order to prioritize standardization.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to simplify complex administrative processes.
Communication: Ability to serve as a bridge between HR stakeholders and technical developers.
