Job Description

UpSlide is the number one productivity solution provider for financial services, improving the functionality of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Power BI for firms such as Citi, KPMG, and BNP Paribas. The company is expanding with more than 160 employees across New York, London, Paris (HQ), Singapore, and Berlin.

Team Overview

The Revenue Operations (RevOps) team is a business partner to all client‑facing teams across five geographies, with the UK and the US as the largest markets. The team owns the commercial tool stack, processes, and enablement for Sales and Customer Success, and informs the go‑to‑market strategy through insight generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze pipeline, revenue, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Power BI to track key KPIs.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all systems.
  • Support strategic GTM decisions through actionable insights.
  • Translate revenue‑related needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Assist in the design and optimization of RevOps processes such as lead‑to‑cash, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the RevOps team to improve and maintain CRM and revenue systems (Salesforce, Gong).
  • Implement and track targets and bonus schemes.
  • Support GTM teams on acquisition and retention performance.

Short‑Term Objectives

  • 3 months: Complete onboarding, master Salesforce and Power BI, understand existing processes, and deliver the first dashboards and reports.
  • 6 months: Assume autonomous ownership of analysis and reporting projects and actively contribute to pipeline analysis and strategic insights.
  • 9 months: Contribute to GTM strategy, process optimization, and GTM organization.

Tools and Technology

Salesforce, Power BI, Gong, and the full RevOps stack.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, RevOps Analyst, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Full proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Professional proficiency in English and French.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on revenue impact.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Attention to detail and rigor in data quality.
  • Problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Strong interest in AI applied to commercial operations, such as predictive analytics, reporting automation, and AI‑driven insights.
