Job Description

Business Analyst - eLIMS-NG Program (Nantes - France)

As a Business Analyst in the eLIMS-NG Program, you will work with international teams to shape and improve global laboratory solutions used worldwide. You will act as the bridge between Business and IT , helping transform business needs into scalable and user-friendly solutions.

You will be joining our team in Nantes , working closely with colleagues on-site and in a hybrid international setup.

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical teams across different regions
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements
• Support the evolution and optimization of business processes
• Work closely with Product Owners, Functional Analysts, and Architects
• Contribute to product roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and user needs
• Work on global digital transformation projects
• Collaborate with diverse and international teams
• Have real impact on products and business processes

Qualifications

Ideally, you hold a Master’s degree in a Scientific, IT, or Engineering discipline and bring 3–5 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst or Product Owner .

You have strong experience in business process modelling , excellent communication and facilitation skills , and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams .

You are comfortable working in an international setting, writing clear and structured functional documentation , and managing priorities in a dynamic environment. You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken , in a clear and professional manner.

We are looking for someone who is autonomous, well‑organised, and results‑oriented , with the ability to clearly summarise and explain complex topics to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
