Buisness Development Apprentice

Role

We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Global Business Development team as part of the Global Innovation Team, which also includes R&D teams.

This role helps drive company growth by supporting innovation and delivering new product solutions through external licensing of new product technologies, building a strong innovation pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Help to define frameworks for proper archiving of existing and new BD partners.
• Support the BD team in scouting activities for new products or product improvements in close collaboration with the cross‑functional teams.
• Scout potential new BD partners (incl. new technologies) within and outside Europe (incl. idea scouting in Asia / Middle East & US).
• Help to identify existing product solutions for new project briefings available in the BD database.
• Assist the Innovation team in preparation and execution of Ideation Workshops.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Business Development / Procurement with sourcing in Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Experience in international / multi‑market environments (Europe preferred).
• Student in Business School or equivalent (Master’s level preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
• Organized, and a strong team player, eager to thrive in an international environment.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Any other European language is a plus.
