A Day in the Life
As our Build & Performance Manager, you will be the conductor of our cyber defense evolution, leading a global team of experts from our Beauty Tech hub in Saint-Ouen. You will orchestrate the strategic roadmap for our detection, reaction, and automation capabilities, shaping the future of security for the world's #1 beauty company.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead & Develop Your Team: Manage and grow a team of cybersecurity project managers and experts, fostering an agile and supportive culture focused on operational excellence.
- Drive Global Strategy: Steer the development of our Transversal Platform Team in Hyderabad (India), ensuring the seamless operation of our global security tools.
- Build Our Defenses: Oversee the architecture, construction, and continuous improvement of the Cyber Defense Center's core infrastructure, including our SIEM, EDR, and SOAR technologies.
- Optimize Performance: Enhance our incident detection and response processes to maximize the efficiency of our CSIRT and SOC teams operating in a follow-the-sun model.

You're a Great Match If You Have
- Cybersecurity Leadership: Experience managing technical cyber teams and directing large‑scale security programs in an international setting.
- Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of security architectures, cloud environments (Azure, AWS), and modern detection/response technologies (SIEM, EDR, SOAR).
- Project & Agile Mastery: Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum) and project management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or PowerBI.
- Influential Communication: An ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences and navigate a multi‑stakeholder environment with diplomacy.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and French.
It would be a great plus if you also have:
- Experience transitioning from externalized services (MSSP) to an in‑house or hybrid model.
- Knowledge of key security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF 2.0, OWASP, ISO 27001).
- A strong interest in applying AI to cybersecurity to help build the SOC of the future.
