This is a high-visibility, relationship-focused role offering exposure to international brokers, diverse specialty products, and a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Tokio Marine HCC – Specialty Group operates across three high-growth specialty lines:* **Contingency** (Event Cancellation, Prize Indemnity, Film & TV)* **Disability** (Professional Sports PA, Key Person PA, Travel, Classic PA)* **Crisis Management** (Kidnap & Ransom, Active Assailant, Product Recall)
We work closely with brokers across Europe to deliver tailored, specialist solutions to complex risks.**Your Role**As Broker Account Manager, you will be a key interface between brokers and underwriting teams, contributing directly to portfolio growth and broker satisfaction across the EEA.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned insurance brokers, managing submissions and coordinating with underwriting teams
- Delivering a high standard of service, responsiveness, and broker support
- Proactively maintaining and developing a profitable EEA portfolio, with an initial focus on **Events and Professional Athletes**
- Developing strong product knowledge across Specialty Group lines and staying informed on market and industry trends
- Supporting and coordinating marketing initiatives with corporate teams, while contributing ideas to enhance broker engagement and visibility
- Serving as a first point of contact for brokers using the **Specialty Marketplace****What You Bring**Essential experience and skills:
- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in relationship management, account management, or a comparable client-facing role
- Full professional proficiency in **English (at least C1 level)**
- Strong command of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Power
Point, Word; familiarity with Power BI and Copilot is a plus)
- Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination abilities
- A proactive, commercially minded, and solution-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe to meet brokers
Preferred experience and skills :
- Interest in **sports, events, entertainment, or media-related industries**
- Additional European language(s) at C1 level
