Bridge & Heavy Civil Foreman — Lead Safe, Build Big

RNGD is seeking a Civil Construction Foreman to lead bridge and complex concrete projects in the greater Paris area. You will direct trades and labor crews to deliver safe, high-quality work on time and within budget.

As a hands-on leader, you will oversee grade control, formwork, rebar placement, deck pours, and critical lifts, while enforcing OSHA and DOT standards and promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork across projects.
