The Communications team oversees the end-to-end content lifecycle, from strategic planning and creation through to distribution and performance analysis. The team ensures seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful, brand-aligned messaging across all channels, driving audience engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

Overview

The Communication Director defines and leads Graitec’s global communication and brand strategy to strengthen positioning, visibility, and credibility across markets. This role ensures Graitec communicates with one strong, consistent voice across all solutions, initiatives, and regions. It owns brand governance, PR strategy, corporate visibility, and communication frameworks, while working in close collaboration with the Content/Storytelling team and Product teams to translate strategy into clear, high-impact narratives and communication assets.

Key Outcome Expected

  • A Strong, Consistent and Differentiated Graitec Brand: ensure brand harmonization across all regions, solutions, and channels; act as the guardian of brand integrity, tone, and positioning; define and maintain brand standards used across the organization; support regional and growth teams in maintaining a consistent brand presence; manage trademarks.
  • Strong PR Strategy Driving Visibility and Credibility: define and lead Graitec’s PR strategy (earned media, press narratives, media relationships); structure external communication around major announcements such as Innovation, Partnerships, Strategic initiatives, and Corporate milestones.
  • Graitec Recognized as a Leader in the AECO Industry: strengthen Graitec’s authority through industry leadership and visibility initiatives; develop and maintain strong strategic partnerships with industry associations, Women in BIM, Global Award for Sustainable Architecture, key ecosystem players; support executive positioning and thought leadership presence.
  • Innovation Positioned as a Clear Competitive Advantage: lead the communication strategy around innovation programs (Graitec Lab, AI, R&D initiatives); ensure innovation is visible, understandable, and differentiated in the market.
  • Sustainability Positioned as a Strategic Value: define the global communication strategy aligned with business priorities; ensure consistent messaging across corporate initiatives, programs, and campaigns.
  • High-Level Communication Frameworks (in Collaboration with Content Team): define communication frameworks and strategic messaging; collaborate closely with the Content/Storytelling team on development of corporate narratives, executive communication materials, strategic announcements, innovation and industry storytelling.
  • Corporate Visibility Channels Strategically Managed: own the communication strategy, positioning, and brand alignment across Graitec’s main corporate platforms: corporate website, LinkedIn page, YouTube channel; work in close collaboration with Growth/Digital team and Content team.
  • Strategic Ownership of Major Industry Event (Autodesk University): define narrative themes, corporate presence framework, and executive visibility strategy; ensure alignment between brand, innovation positioning, and industry presence.

Responsibilities

  • +7 years experience in defining and leading a global communication strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • +5 years managing an international team.
  • Strong expertise in brand positioning, governance, and consistency across regions and channels.
  • Ability to translate strategy, innovation, and corporate vision into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders with a positive mindset.
  • Proven ability to align Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership around a shared message.
  • Experience leading PR strategy and external visibility initiatives.
  • Ability to build partnerships and strengthen brand authority through industry presence.
  • Strong understanding of thought leadership and corporate positioning.
  • Ability to structure high-level narratives.
  • Strong collaboration mindset to co-develop content with storytelling and product teams.

Compensation

On‑Target Earnings range: €82,500 – €110,000 per annum. Targeted variable pay mix: 80% fixed and 20% variable.
