Role Overview
The Communication Director defines and leads Graitec’s global communication and brand strategy, strengthening positioning, visibility, and credibility across markets. The role ensures a unified voice across all solutions, initiatives, and regions, owning brand governance, PR strategy, corporate visibility, and communication frameworks. It collaborates closely with content, product, and marketing teams to translate strategy into high‑impact narratives and communication assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure brand harmonization across all regions, solutions, and channels.
- Act as guardian of brand integrity, tone, and positioning.
- Define and maintain brand standards used across the organization.
- Support regional and growth teams in maintaining a consistent brand presence.
- Manage trademarks and brand assets.
- Define and lead Graitec’s PR strategy, including earned media, press narratives, and media relationships.
- Structure external communication around major announcements (innovation, partnerships, strategic initiatives, corporate milestones).
- Coordinate PR priorities with the content, storytelling, and HR teams.
- Strengthen Graitec’s authority through industry leadership and visibility initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong strategic partnerships (industry associations, Women in BIM, Global Award for Sustainable Architecture, key ecosystem players).
- Lead communication strategy around innovation programs (e.g., Graitec Lab, AI, R&D initiatives).
- Align messaging across corporate initiatives, programs, and campaigns.
- Collaborate on communication frameworks, strategic messaging, and corporate narratives.
- Own communication strategy and brand alignment across the corporate website, LinkedIn page, and YouTube channel.
- Define narrative themes and executive visibility strategy for major industry events such as Autodesk University.
- Ensure alignment between brand, innovation positioning, and industry presence.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience defining and leading a global communication strategy aligned with business priorities.
- 5+ years managing an international team.
- Strong expertise in brand positioning, governance, and consistency across regions and channels.
- Ability to translate strategy, innovation, and corporate vision into clear, compelling narratives.
- Proven executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading PR strategy and external visibility initiatives.
- Strong understanding of thought leadership and corporate positioning.
- Collaboration mindset to co‑develop content with storytelling and product teams.
- Experience building partnerships and strengthening brand authority through industry presence.
