Brand Marketer, Deity Europe (Amgreat Europe B.V.)

The Brand Marketer will work with the Global Marketing Team to manage and support the growth of the brand Deity in Europe. Furthermore, you will be working closely with the commercial sales team and other global Deity teams.The Brand Marketer will be responsible for creating and executing annual marketing plans, measuring and monitoring brand & channel performance, and gathering competitive insights and trends from the markets.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute annual marketing plans; translate brand elements into go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer insights and competitors' activities.
• Lead the rollout of brand campaigns, sales promotions, digital activation, and website updates in order to increase brand awareness.
• Create and execute joint business plans with key accounts.
• Measure and monitor marketing campaigns, promotions, channel, brand, and market performance.
• Manage new product introductions/launches in Europe.
• Co-organize trade shows, exhibitions, and other events.
• The role is perfect for an ambitious, enthusiastic brand marketer with previous experience in sound.
• The ideal candidate is analytical, has great commercial understanding, and a hands-on, practical approach.
• Understanding and passion for social channels is a must.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Brand Management and/or Trade/Customer Marketing with experience in digital and retail marketing.
• Knowledge of sound equipment.
