Brand Manager, Skincare Growth — Hybrid Paris
SUNLUTION is a recently launched next-generation skincare and suncare brand, backed by dermatological expertise and built for a digital-first audience.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Brand Manager to lead the day-to-day brand development and execution across all channels, working closely with the management team, cross‑functional teams, and external partners.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, digital, and commercial, with responsibility for delivering consistent, high‑quality execution while contributing to the brand’s long‑term growth.
We operate as a small to mid‑sized team in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role comes with a high level of ownership and accountability: you will be expected to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and take initiative. In return, you’ll gain strong exposure to a brand in an active growth and scaling phase.
The role
You will own the operational management of the brand, ensuring strong execution across digital, retail, and campaigns, while contributing to strategic thinking and future growth plans.
You will also manage an Assistant Brand Manager, ensuring alignment between brand vision and performance execution.
Key responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Management
- Lead the execution of brand campaigns, launches, and key moments
- Ensure consistency of brand image, messaging, and tone across all touchpoints
- Contribute to brand planning and marketing calendars
- Oversee the ABM (direct report)
Digital & Growth Oversight
- Ensure alignment between brand strategy and performance initiatives
- Review and challenge key digital actions (content, paid, CRM, website)
Content & Social Ecosystem
- Oversee content strategy and execution with agencies
- Ensure coherence across social, influencer, and paid content
- Contribute to key content and storytelling directions
Retail & Commercial Coordination
- Support retail expansion and ensure brand consistency in‑store
- Coordinate with commercial/retail teams on tools, activations, and launches
- Ensure alignment between online and offline brand experience
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage timelines, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure smooth execution across multiple projects simultaneously
- Consolidate feedback and maintain key documents (briefs, decks, trackers)
Performance & Insights
- Monitor key performance indicators across channels
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Contribute to ongoing optimisation of campaigns and brand actions
Profile
- 5-7 years' experience in brand, marketing, or digital roles (beauty or lifestyle preferred)
- Understanding of both e‑commerce (Shopify) and retail marketing
- Strong experience in campaign execution and 360 degree brand management
- Experience managing or mentoring at least one person is a plus
- Comfortable working with agencies and cross‑functional teams
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Hands‑on, proactive, and able to operate with autonomy
- Strong sensitivity to brand, content, and consumer experience
