We are currently looking for a Brand Manager of West EU. Work with the West EU team to build the GAC brand from the ground up and implement brand and marketing strategy in Western EU, reporting to the West EU GM.

Who You Are

As a member of the West EU Team, you will report directly to the West EU GM and play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Define brand positioning, value proposition and messaging framework
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (online and offline)
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns for product launches and brand-building initiatives
• Coordinate ATL/BTL activities, digital marketing, media planning and PR strategies
• Manage creative agencies and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Regional teams to develop launch strategies
• Oversee branding materials, communication toolkits and launch events
• Ensure alignment between global strategy and local execution
• Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, consideration, preference, NPS)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Use consumer insights and data analytics to optimize brand strategies
• Manage brand marketing budget and ROI tracking
• Align cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling
• Present strategic updates to senior leadership

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• 5+ years of brand management or marketing experience (automotive experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of brand building and integrated marketing communications
• Proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Fluent in English and French
• Experience in EV or smart mobility sector
• Experience working in global or multi-market environments
• Strong agency management experience
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and data analytics platforms
