As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the relations with Arrow’s vendors (IBM & Redhat), including Sales & Brand activity analysis, forecast, pipeline, and commit management, Vendor closing, or Arrow coverage coordination. You will be managing as well the Sales Team of Inside and Field Sales.
Responsibilities
- Developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers, customers, and vendors, by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at target companies.
- Assists with the development and execution of strategy and business development.
- Manages the sales, marketing, and/or product teams, as assigned, to implement business development initiatives.
- Recruits, hires and mentors top sales business development staff.
- Provides market intelligence; evaluates, develops, and manages market specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
- Ensures execution to sales growth plans. Drives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities.
Job Complexity:
- Manages and supervises complex Sales team
- Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within its own discipline or function
- Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
- Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; receives guidance from senior manager
- Accountable for the budget, performance and results of multiple small teams
- Exercises full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination and other personnel actions
- Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines
Your profile:
- Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
- Proven experience within the IT area sector is a must for this role
- Proven experience in people management is obligatory
- Fluency in French and English are obligatory to succeed in this recruitment
- Having a well-established connections’ network in the local market
- Interest in the newest technologies and IT
- High level of communication skills, allowing both to cooperate with the team as well as to keep the relation with the vendors and customers.
