Brand Growth Lead — AI Commerce & Client Success

Lemrock in Paris is seeking a Customer Lead to own our brand clients after sign-off. You ensure brands achieve results from AI channels and grow the portfolio.

You will lead our Agentic Commerce Strategists and report to the CEO, with potential path to Chief Customer Officer. Your role includes renewing and expanding with 150+ brands, measuring performance, explaining data to marketing and ecommerce teams, and coordinating with Product and Tech to fix issues.
