Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX

As the Brand Experience Producer (Contractor) for EMEA, you will lead the planning, creative development, and execution of the Arc’teryx Winter Experience Tour: a series of immersive events that bring core mountain culture to the heart of major European cities.

This role sits at the intersection of experiential production, cultural programming, and event operations. You are an exceptional organizer with strong creative instincts, capable of managing complex productions across multiple markets and turning ambitious ideas into best‑in‑class guest experiences that authentically connect winter sports, mountain culture, community, and creativity.

While the Winter Experience Tour will be the primary focus, you will also support the planning and execution of other key Arc’teryx brand experiences and community activations across the EMEA region as needed.

As a Contractor you'll work full‑time, 40 hours per week, including some weekends during events, and report to the Senior Manager, Brand Experience EMEA. The role is preliminary based in Paris, London or Berlin.

  • Lead the event digital ecosystem, including registration platforms, landing pages, communications, and promotional plans.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with agencies, production vendors, and cultural partners to drive collaboration and maintain creative excellence across the project lifecycle.
  • Brief and guide Creative teams to develop compelling assets and content.
  • Support the planning and execution of additional Arc’teryx brand experiences, athlete events, community activations, and regional marketing initiatives across EMEA.
