About the Role

As part of the Brand Design department, the Brand Design Intern will shape a strong, recognizable brand by creating high‑quality visual content and supporting marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Creation of digital assets such as visuals and email banners.
• Creation of high‑value expert content, including white papers and infographics.
• Support the sales team with print materials (brochures, event booths, flyers).
• Develop video storyboards for motion design and advertisements.
• Produce social media visual content (carousels, stories).
• Work closely with the Head of Creative Studio to improve and enrich the brand identity.
• Explore, design, and bring to life new formats and creative concepts.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving the Design System.
• Help spread a strong design culture at Greenly through templates, benchmarks, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Well‑structured portfolio showcasing creativity.
• Curiosity and passion for testing new ideas and tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to clean, pixel‑perfect assets.
• Agility, organization, and ability to adapt quickly.
• Understanding of design systems and working with templates.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite, interest in AI tools.
• Bilingual: English and French (spoken and written).
