Brand & Content Manager (M/F/X) - Permanent Contract

Building on our massive success in Europe with over 4,000 customers (Fever, Aticco, L’Oréal, LVMH, Alan, Decathlon…), Work with Island is accelerating its expansion. After a full brand identity overhaul, we are entering a new chapter. Our industry is evolving fast, and making our brand visible, recognizable, and credible across every channel is now a strategic priority.
We are looking for a Brand & Content Manager to breathe life into this new identity. This is a repositioned role for someone who combines strategic vision, sharp creative direction, and a “hands-on” editorial soul.
Your mission
Reporting to Célia (Head of Marketing), you will be the guardian of our brand’s soul and the voice of our expertise. You will also take on a leadership role by managing Fleur , our Graphic & Motion Designer, to ensure our visual and editorial output is world-class.
As a key member of the Marketing team, you will:
Own and evolve our Brand Identity: Take the lead on our new visual territory, tone of voice, and editorial positioning.
Define and execute the B2B Content Strategy: From white papers and case studies to our LinkedIn presence and newsletters.
Lead with a “Creative Director” mindset: Brief, review, and validate all creative assets, ensuring 100% brand consistency.
Manage and Mentor: Act as a daily coach for our Graphic Designer, helping prioritize tasks and fostering creative growth.
Your main responsibilities
Content Creation (50%): You are a writer at heart. You will produce high-quality content (blog, social media, sales enablement) with a focus on SEO and funnel logic.
Brand Ownership & Project Management (30%): You ensure every touchpoint (website, sales decks, events) is perfectly aligned with our brand guidelines. You are the “gatekeeper” of our homogeneity.
Creative Ops & Management (20%): You manage Fleur and potential external freelancers (photographers, etc.), maintaining a structured editorial calendar and smooth production processes.

Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Brand Manager, Content Manager, or Brand Lead, ideally in a B2B SaaS or Tech environment. In-house experience is mandatory.
- You write fast, naturally, and with zero tolerance for spelling mistakes. You know how to turn complex ideas into engaging B2B stories.
- You have a strong creative sensibility. You have “opinions” on design and can defend your aesthetic choices with precision.
- Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Suite is mandatory. You are comfortable with CMS, email tools, and LinkedIn formats.
- You have already managed a small team or freelancers. You know how to give constructive feedback and build a production workflow.
- Native-level French & Fluent English.
- You are a “Team Player” with a low ego, able to think strategically one hour and execute concretely the next.
- A genuine interest in workspace design, architecture, or the Future of Work.
