Position Overview

The Brand Ambassador – Experience is responsible for creating and delivering highly engaging customer journeys, helping cement Canada Goose as a luxury performance lifestyle brand. The role embodies Canadian Warmth, demonstrates expertise in product knowledge, and conveys warmth in every interaction. By building authentic relationships and driving sales, the ambassador supports brand loyalty and collaborates closely with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience. The position requires steady execution of operating standards, use of register systems, and support for store maintenance and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a superior customer service journey reflective of Canadian Warmth.
  • Advise customers on needs through expert product knowledge.
  • Drive Conversion and Units per Transaction by introducing new, underperforming, and strategic categories.
  • Create and foster lasting client relationships and customer loyalty through consistent engagement around product launches and brand events.
  • Engage and inspire assigned clients by facilitating personal shopping appointments.
  • Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and other key performance targets that drive store results.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through teamwork and collaboration.
  • Participate in all educational initiatives and strategies, demonstrating curiosity and passion for learning.
  • Seek feedback to improve performance and foster growth.
  • Consistently demonstrate Canada Goose values and behaviours in all interactions.
  • Execute operating standards with accuracy and efficiency, including register system and store tool use.
  • Support overall physical store maintenance and cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer‑focused environment.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience.
  • Experience with luxury lifestyle brands in high‑volume traffic locations.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible retail hours (standard, peak, and holiday).
  • Strong time‑management and multi‑tasking skills.
  • Efficient work style in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Adaptability to elements that may impact the overall customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). A proficiency in another language is an asset.
