We are seeking an authentic and influential professional to become the face of our American Whiskeys portfolio in France. If you have a deep passion for the cocktail culture, are a natural storyteller who thrives on building genuine relationships, and can successfully bridge the gap between the reality of the bar and the company strategy, we want to hear from you.
What You Can Expect
Brand & Category Education and Training
- Deliver impactful trainings that build confidence, pride and capability behind the bar
- Support bartenders with tools and stories
- Represent our American Whiskeys portfolio as a trusted, modern and culturally fluent partner to the trade, PR, journalists and influencers
- Train and ignite passion within our internal teams, focusing on the sales department to turn them into brand advocates
- Support sales team empowerment to improve sales capabilities by providing essential resources and compelling narratives
Relationship Building & Commercial Integration
- Curate trusted, long‑term partnerships with hospitality professionals, key bartenders and venue owners
- Serve as the link between sales, marketing and on‑trade teams, translating brand campaigns into actionable field initiatives
- Leverage hospitality business insight to design creative, scalable brand activations that deliver mutual value and support growth
- Drive meaningful business results by connecting daily field engagements to clear commercial outcomes such as menu placements and brand adoption
- Develop premium retail presence by building consultative partnerships with high‑end independent liquor stores and specialists.
Transformational Experiences
- Create emotional connections and transformational experiences beyond traditional presentations
- Bring an aspirational and creative approach to the market as a trendsetter outside standard masterclass formats
- Activate natural influencers and key industry figures to keep the portfolio top‑of‑mind
What You Bring to the Table
Required Experience
- Strong bar credibility and mixology background with deep understanding of the French cocktail scene
- Comprehensive knowledge of the spirits industry, especially American Whiskeys, including technical production processes, distillation and maturation
- Fluent French; Advanced written and spoken English

- Compelling presentation and public speaking skills capable of weaving captivating brand stories

- Flexible schedule to accommodate evenings during industry events and relationship building
- Availability for travel within France and occasional international travel
